Allergy problems for a 2 year old?

My daughter will be 3 in August. Unfortunately, she seems to have developed my mom's awful allergies. Every year since she was born she gets a runny nose around this time of year, starts coughing, and her eyes get runny. Now she's complaining of a sore throat, so I'm thinking it's sinus drainage. I'm going to call in the morning to get an appointment for her, but is there anything I can do in the meantime to make her feel better?
