How To Predict Life Expectancy?

I looked up the life expectancy for someone born in 1989/1990, and it was about 75/75.2. But supposedly it goes up over time (and in rare occasions down). So for most people born in 1989/1990, if they lived till 2065 at 75, would they probably live on from that since by then technology will more than likely be other worldly?
