Someone help please, i have had a pian on my right hand side of stomach around my ribs area,kidney area,?

10 days it has been there,i cant afford to have time off work and its not really bad just dull pain and the occasional cramp feeling,3 days ago i got a sore throat and fever i have still got the sore throat but it going away i have headaches and been living on panadol,my stools are ok,urine is fine,been pooing normally,this is worring me and i need help im thinking kidneys or gall stones or something please help me i dont think its appendix im 23,could this be muscle? im a painter
