My landlords dog is misbehaved please help?

My landlord who lives on the property has a 1 yr old golden retriever who she has not trained at all. My dog (6 month old lab) is trained. When the two dogs are in the yard together my landlord is forever telling me don't let her bite my dogs ears and other nonsense. My dog doesn't bite her dogs ears or such, when her dog poops in the yard she claims it is my dog, but when I tell her I clean up right after my dog goes she tells me well my dog goes during her walk but I know it is her dog. The dog is all my landlord has as she never got married had kids. She treats my dog like she owns it. It's to the point where I don't want either her or her dog near me, my kids or my dog. What can I do? We are moving next year and I know it will be hard with the dog and I own 3 cats. I've tried to ignore her, reason with her, "yes" her to death but nothing works. Please help
