Could I be pregnant??

I am currently a few weeks late. My last AF was around March 17 and usually they are close to each month on key (30-35) days apart. We used condoms all the time except twice when we used the pullout methog. I have had symptoms of frequent urination, low back pain, unusual cramps, twinges in my abdomen, cravings, some smells are bad, fatigue, tender , and mostly I am nauseated half of the day. I took two HPTs three weeks ago (one in evening and the next in the morning both negative) and one hpt at the doctors office a week and a half ago. I am supposed to go back to the doctor on Monday if there is still no change. What do you all think? Since all of this has happened we have decided that we want to TTC baby #3. Thanks!
