Political Conservatives: Is the Republican Party worth or capeable of reforming?

The best they could come up with last time was GW Bush, and John McCain... Hardly political conservatives. Do you think that they're worth still voting for as the "lesser of the evils"? Do you think that they're actually capeable of reforming and going back to their small government roots? Or is it time to throw the party out and start or vote for a new one?
