Bellyon piercings?

im getting my bellyon pierced friday.i have my ears pierced twice...but stupidly enough i am petrified of needles..yes i no i no...needles...piercing..blah blah blah..i was just wondering how painful is a bellyon piercing and if its ok to use a numbing cream..and no im not being a i just have a low pain threshold...but that doesnt mean im too chicken to get piercings...
