Can u sue a company for carbon monoxide poisoning?

I am at the emergency to c if they can do a blood test for this can u sue the other company in your building that didnt notify u when their alarm went off, they told us the day after, the day that it went off me and my coworkers felt headaches and very sleepy I left to take something to my house and came back to my work feeling fatigued again I stayed there for two more hours not knowing the monoxide was in the air will i have long term side effects from this, cuz that same nite wen I went home my vision was distorted and my thoughts repeated over and over and I had a paralized mind feeling at the same time also I had nausea but maybe that was b cuz of my period
