I am doing an online lab. I had to figure out the m of NaHCO3 which was 46.9g.?

Now it is asking me to change NaHCO3 to moles. And it is also asking for the molar ration between NaHCO3 and NaCl. As well as the Molar m of NaCl. I am really stuck with this. I need help on how to figure this out and understand it too. I will be having a test on this so I really want to know how to do all the work in between. If anyone can help that'd be great!
