yes, in a way it's understandable. But i understand where you are coming from. The law is not entirely reasonable, if it is completely consensual, you shouldn't get in trouble. But the law is there to help people, some people it does, and others it doesn't. But i'm sorry for all the trouble you had to go through because of this. I know how much the legal system sucks. I'm currently going through it right now for domestic battery.
