Does Nato look like they handle economic problems with diplomacy? Only borrowed money in economy is stupid.?

Like any dictator the people in Greece are unhappy. All war are caused by an economic system that uses Only borrowed money. The level of Education is one method of find an amount of money to add to the economic system when people are not working. I have no children. I can say that I stole Millions of dollar in money that was never borrowed. There are many ways to add money to the economic system so you can give me the money that I didn't borrow. I called that Stabilizing Economic Growth. My questions are just full of the world not progressing to there maximum ability.
