I bought some top sirloin boneless steaks about 5 days ago. When we got home we sealed them individually and put them in the freezer. I pulled two of them out of the freezer and noticed they were brown. Obviously once they defrosted they were even more brown. Did they go bad? these were a particularly bloody bunch of steaks but I don't get it. We just bought them and we freeze meat all the time without problems.
