Senior Thesis on Health, any ideas?

I am a junior in high school trying to figure out a senior thesis topic because I'm going to graduate early. I would like to write on health, but can't find a topic to argue about. I looked into maybe arguing why six meals a day are better than three larger meals. Other topics are on obesity, but can't really find articles arguing anything on the topic, just really stating that obesity is an epidemic. Any suggestions are helpful, thank you.
