Problem with newly installed RAM and Blue Screen of Death.?

My system is a Toshiba Satellite M105, and I recently added new RAM to it, about 3 weeks ago. Was .5gigs before, with new ram its 1.5 gigs. So the RAM is 1 gig. It worked with the system, until about a week ago I started getting blue screens of death. I operate on Windows XP system. Once taking out the RAM, everything has worked fine and I do not get the errors anymore. The RAM was 30 dollars however ( I know it was overpriced) and I'd like to still use it. It is CORSAIR CMR1G667S 8083865 09161014. So what's wrong, and why does the RAM cause blue screens of death? How do I fix it?
