Will 1 time smoke can put enough thc in my system to show up on a hair test 2 months later?

There is a good chance that it could show up in your hair. One reason they use the hair test as opposed to a urine test is that they can see whether there was drug use beyond just a few days to a week ago. Look, if it shows up, and you end up not getting this job, it is a very important lesson for any job you try to get in the future. You could attempt to argue that you have not used drugs and that the test must be picking up something in your environment, but, if I was the hiring manager, I wouldn't believe it.
